Byxbee Park: Methane Flare

 

 
 

Byxbee's artificial hillocks are studded with pipes and pumps for the divergence of methane, some of which is converted to energy and some just burned off by a flare.

The flare sits on a keyhole-shaped patch of gravel, as if it to suggest that this is the place that the garbage is most visible.
