In McKinleyville, a little way up the coas from Fort Braggt, yard waste may be dropped off on Saturdays between the hours of 10:00 and 4:00 at $3.50 per carload. Interestingly, it costs $20.00 per yard, raising the question of just how the per-yard-fee is assessed.The rest of the time, the usual gate bars the way to yard waste donors who arrive out of order.
