Rush job accommodation: with this calendar a job can be ordered on the 7th and delivered on the 3rd.

Friday delivery requirement: eased by 3 Fridays in every week.

End-of-month panic panacea: 8 new days give a little extra time to accomplish the impossible.

Late-delivery avoidance: there is no 1st of the month, avoiding late delivery of the previous month's panic jobs.
